when Not too Panic!

Hi I'm new to this forum.I have been reading for a few days, this site has been a big help.Today around 630am I get up from a restless Pa . only to wake, and look at my wife for a minute,as she lays a peacfully a sleep. Her eye's opened at once as looks at me, telling me to help without words she goes in to a grand mal seizure, she had only one before this today. 4 yr ago.My little 4yr girl wakes and say whats wrong with mommy, Put it this way, it has been a very long day.I just kept in my mind my Pa's are not real. and i kept very cool thur all of this mess today!with out a panic attack!

Welcome to HW. you will find pleanty of support for lots of careing people here. It wont take you long to feel like your part of our family.
I'm so sorry to hear about your PA's but am very proud of you for holding it together for your wife and daughter you must be a very strong man, husband anf father.
You hang in there and post here as often as you like your always welcome to come to live chat too.

I know what you're going through and it's hard to ignore the panic attacks as they are so extreme at times.

I'm glad you're being strong for your wife and daughter, but you also have found a great support system here as we are a family!

RX: Ativan/Lorazapam (1 MG a day), Lexapro (15 MG a day), Tylonel for the TMJ and Migraines

Welcome and I have seen plenty of grand mal in my past career
Your ability to stay strong and support you wife just shows how much your love for her takes over for your panic
