Anyone else in here struggle with OCD or habits that they would like to break that would not technically be considered OCD? I was curious, as I didn't see a room devoted to just OCD. Is it because OCD falls under the "Anxiety" heading? Well anyways, just wondering if anyone that has habitual problems or OCD has had any success with habit reversal training? I was reading a bit about
it yesterday on the internet, and it sounds very helpful. I have this swallowing habit/feels like I'm choking when I'm eating in public thing, and I would love to find relief from it someday :(
