Well, my friends, I think my xanax withdrawal is really just about over. It will be 5 weeks off on Monday and I am no longer having depression bouts only some insomina at times and that's about it. :) I can't thank you each enough for all you have done to help me through this. I will continue to be here for all of you and for myself in case something else comes up as I know I am truly among friends. Love, Bethers

Oh honey I am so proud of you and your strength. You fought and you won way to go. We will always be here for you to and with all you have been thru you will be a great asset to helping others out here. Bless you hun yeah Please keep us posted on how your doing.

Hi Bethers, CONGRATULATIONS! You did it! You are strong and resiliant. You can do anything! Question: Why did you have to go off of xanax? My pdoc and PCP would not prescribe xanax anymore and I never took more than prescribed. Just curious if this is a new trend.
DX: chronic migraine, cervical degeneration, depression/anxiety 
RX: Wellbutrin, Lexapro, Soma, Immitrex

I had to go off due to major intestional problems and the meds had stopped working for me.
