scool  Hi guys just to let you all know that i am coming in leaps and bounds my panic attacks are down to a zero im back at work have even been to the hairdressers!!! The only way that i have overcome it is with alot of hardwork and exposure, there was a time when i didnt even want to leave the house and thought of it sent my heart racing!!! Keep trying guys you will conquer and remeber the more younotice bad days the better you are becoming. Anyone wishing for tips or advice can email me at  take care.
Hi took out your email can you put it in your profile as sometimes ppl that are not members ( spammers and the like ) will just read and they get personal  info this way

conrats on your progress and acheivements! That's really great. I had a horrible panic attack last week, and was afraid to work, but I made it through a whole week. It truly is mind over mind. lol It's very difficult but we can do it. Again I'm very happy for you, keep up the good work
