I've been taking Zoloft for about 6 weeks now. (50mg/day)
Some of the side effects came back. I'm very shaky, anxious and depressed the whole weekend.
Does this mean that I should increase the dose of the medication or time to switch my med?
I won't be able to see my dr til Jan since he's wife is having a baby and I don't know if I should go talk to another dr. or just wait and see if the side effects go away

Most docs leave someone in charge of thier office do you think you couldtalk to them? I am sure others will be by to comment. Hang in there and good luck.

hi puppylove, I would definitely call your doctors office and explain what is happening. They should be able to advise you what to do. You definitely should not "wait" until January and don't worry your doctor will understand. Is something going on in your life that you are anxious about? Sometimes, the meds work but they are not magic and when something triggers our anxiety/depression, we need to work through it with a counselor. Do you have a talk therapist too?
