Hey everyone, It has been a while since I have posted, I hope everyone is feeling ok!! For the past couple of days I have had shaky episodes, the other day both of my hands were shaking sooo bad and I felt like I havent eaten for days, but I did eat. So I dont understand??? I notice that sometimes it happens when I am doing house work and stuff, its like I start feeling nauseous, and really shaky on the inside. Is this anxiety related or what???? What else could it be?

I too get shakey when I start trying to do things I think it's because I feel I have lost my organationl skills and don't know where things go in my own home. I do try to just push thru it and get the job done as quickly as possiable and there are time I just take a break while cleaning so I don't over do it. Please keep us posted on how your are doing hun.

I find that I get shaky when I am trying to get alot done and don't feel organized. My heart will pound, my hands will shake. I feel like I have no control. If it's not your diet, then it sounds like anxiety. I hope you feel better soon. Keep us posted.

I had the shakies for the last 2 days....UUGG!!! They seem to come in spells. a few days I am fine then a few days I am shaky. But I feel so bad bad when I get the shakies, that my back will hurt my chest feel weird. My heart pounds hard, not fast just hard and my stomach hurts or feels weird. I think it is anxitey or at least thats what I tell myself to get through these bad days. Cause I have been to docs for these things and they all say the tests are normal and I just need to relax. OHHHH it makes me so mad when a doc says JUST RELAX!!! EERRRR!!!!
But thats what they always say. So I too share your symptoms so I hope in some way it helps knowing your not alone.
Good luck. I hope you feel better soon!!!! Let us know how you are doing.
