Hi everyone, I have a exam tomorrow, and I am very anxious and nervous and panic. I try to study for that, but thought of the test is making me, so nervous that I can't concentrate on anything else, or concentrate on the what I have to study.
I am a jumble of nerves.....
And when I go for the test/exam my mind freezes and I can't remeber anything I studied.... so obviously I will only fail.
Any experiences or thoughts on this.........

I was a very good student but I froze taking tests. This is why I don't like the way the school system is set up. Do you have anxiety meds that you can take when you must do your critical studies and when you take the exam? Don't be afraid to take them during this time. Otherwise, you need to do a lot of "self-talk." I am going to do great on this test tomorrow (or whenever). "I see myself getting an A." "I am going to do the best I can and that is good enough." " I am going to feel calm when I take the test." Before you take the test be certain that you do a lot of deep breathing. Good luck.
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. Amen."
