Anxiety Worsen with PMS

Hey ladies...I was wondering if anyones anxiety really gets kicked up like a week before a visit from A/F?  Seems to happen to me every month just wondering if it happens to anyone else.. Also sometimes continues for a week after A/F also...Thanks

There are many people who deal with te same thing around the time of month the anxiety goes up. I am sure others will be by to share later.

Yes- I definitely experience worse symptoms with PMS. I panic more often & more severe. As if having PMS wasn't bad enough!

Yes... UGH it's awful... I get SO panicky before PMS... terrible panic attacks. ... worse than other days...

grr... don't we women suffer enough with the cramps and bloating and bleeding alone? LOL

RX: Lorazepam (1 MG a day), Lexapro (20 MG a day), Tylonel for the TMJ and Migraines

DEFINITELY!  Pms always makes my anxiety worse and even kicks up some panic attacks.  I seem to be able to handle things okay during the rest of the month, but during the week before, my body goes haywire and all the tools I've learned to help seem to have no effect.  It's horrible!!!  Hang in there!
