I got really bad breathing at night for a while , I was scared to go to sleep and couldn't lay down - propped myself up with pillows.
When I finally realised it was anx I took action - it was scary but it worked and I have had no trouble since.
I layed down in bed , breathing bad , I forced myself to relax and said to myself - if I am not alive in the morning then so be it , it was meant to be , I closed my eyes and let myself go - I woke in the morning having the best sleep I've ever had
