Hello everyone,
Just wanted to give a update on my start on Cybalta, It did give me mild headaches at first that were bothersom but have subsided I started the med on Jan 4,2007, the past week or so I have seen a real change in my mental attitude, things that used to throw me into total panic have kind of subsided and I have this "oh" well it will still be there tomorrow kind of attitude. I still have my days specialy on the weekends were I do not have any energy and spend most of the time in my room in my bed watching movies and I dont know if its so much that Im depressed or if it is true laziness, but the combination of my Cybalta and my Xanax seem to be working or at least helping a great deal, I still do not sleep well at night but I am working on that. God bless you all and I hope to find you all well

Glad to hear you are doing well! As you adjust some of that excess "oh well" may subside. My first few years on paxil I did not get that, but I have to push myself now!

Take care,

You're on the right road and the Cymbalta is definitely helping you. Take things one day at a time and know that progress comes slowly.

I'm so happy to hear you can see some changes going on. I love the oh well attatude I use it all the time. I don't feel it's lazyness I feel my body knows what it can do today and I go with that. There are days I have to push hard to get anything done but there are other days I'm on a frenzy and get more done then I set out to do. Hand in there the meds will kick in in full effect soon. Your doing great.

I have an illness, My illness don't have me.
Being happy doesnt mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to see beyound the imperfrctions!God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but HE did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears & light for the way
