Anyone else experienced this due to anxiety?
The other day whilst relatively relaxed and in a room at normal temperature I felt a sensation like a chill on one side of my head. It didn't actually feel cold, but I guess what was happening was my hair standing on end - a sort of localised goose bumps feeling.
The same is happening now accross my scalp on both sides. It also feels (in my head) like the surface of my cheeks are hot, but they feel relatively normal to the touch and don't look flushed especially. Unlike before I'm quite tense and edgy now, but nether situation was anywhere panic.
Does this sound familiar to anybody?

It's a term called hipersensitivity, most pll with an anxiety disorder tend to have this feeling in one form or another just as I write this I feel the samething why, I don't know but it was put in my head just from your post brought this to my mind, there's no panic but just a feeling that has caused me to be a where of that part of my body.
