Can symptoms and pain from anxiety effect one side of you body more than the other? Along with the occasional tingling on my right side I get ache pains in my right arm below the elbow and right leg below the knee. Just curious as to how or if any one else's anxiety may manifest as pain.

I get muscle tension in my jaw which radiates to my head, neck and shoulders and that can go down even to ones arm. I do get more achy when very tense if this helps you. Headaches and stomach pain are well known pain indued by tension and stress right?
Feel better.

  Hi Joe

As Sharann had said it can and dose cause this kind of pain for we become more hipersensitive to are body's, for every aches and pain we get we tend to overreact to them--- just got to love anxiety
