I just want to post a thank you for this site.  While I can't post everyday, coming here and posting and reading others post helps me deal with my anxiety so much.  Tonight was a bad night but after being here for an hour and some Xanax, I feel much better.  Its hard to communicate with people who don't have this disorder since the typical response is its all in your head.  While this may be true its so much more than that.  Having a site where people truly understand and I feel do not judge is a gift from God.
Once again thank you and hope to communicate with more of you in the future.

I agree with you completely!  This is the best place to come to when you are having a rough time and need some support.  It's true that advice from those who know exactly what you are going through is the most helpful and so comforting.  I appreciate this site and everyone here too!

I agree that Healing Well is a great place just to vent and to help others as well as understanding the hardship that we go though in are daily lifes.

For it is hard to judge a person till you have walked a mile in his shoes.

Dear Libby,
That is such an awesome post from you and I just wanted to say hi to you and let you know that you do have a "home" here where people "DO" understand!
Glad you're with us and hope you stick around.  Even if it's just to read...this place is a wealth of information and support.

I agree with you 100%. It is so nice to have a place where we can all feel free to speak what is on our minds and have friends that truely understand us here. So rather you here just to read or post and even the times you can't be here.....were all still here for you hun.
