Coping with Social anxiety

I have a question concerning social anxiety.
I need to know does anyone have any suggestions for coping with this type of anxiety?

Only suggestion I can make is get out there and face it head on...I do not know what your situation is from this post but just keep trying...

self help books on overcoming social anxiety have useful advice and are much better and cheaper than seeing a therapist  valium tyoe meds as neededn and perhaos an antidepressant men can help a lot

stay with us and read the posts yeah

recovered former longtime anxiety and panic attack sufferer and helper of other sufferers  but no training or  qualifications in medicine or psychology, any remarks that may be taken as advice must be confirmed with doctor or other health professional
emails are welcome but do mention healingwell to avoid risk of deletion as spam

I don't know why but someyimes I get that too. Sometimes I think everyone is looking at me or talking about me.
