worry can take control of your life, Ive met people who were in mental asylums due to non stop worry about everything. despite realising it serves no puropse they cant stop
I worried about everything myself until I happened to get a self help book about how to stop worrying, I followed its instructions and havent worried about anything too much since
If you really want to stop worrying, and I think some people enjoy it, get any self help book on stopping worry and follow its advice, the books all have the same method
