I know it's hard to accept that it's the anxiety making you feel like that, but it most likely is, as well as the possible side effects of your medication. When my anxiety is high, my eyes twitch and I get really hot and sweaty too. The constant onslaught of stress and worry sap you of energy so that will cause the fatigue. I know it's hard to get your mind to accept this, but it's true that you are just ultra-anxious and it makes you have terrible physical symptoms.

Its just soooo annoying i was doing sooo good every time i get strong and fight this they get stronger my brain is having wayyyyyy too much fun lol plus it doesnt help that i am runnin low on the medicine that works for me called ativan so i took a .25 mg of xanax instead to save the ativan xanax STINKS and i have a big day tomorrow that im worried about i have to take a 45 min car ride which i am petrified of cars at this time to detroit to go to court for a workmans comp case so im a lil anxious about that but im starting to feel better just drained from that super attack

Here i sit in despair..
Afraid to breath the clean fresh air..
Wondering how i will go on..
In this dark and gloomy fog..
But i manage day by day..
To keep the attacks at their bay..
Waiting for the door to open wide..
And let the sun shine inside..
To put a smile on my face..
So i can put this illness..

Hi there potluck..I would like to recommend the book 'Living with IT' by Bev Aisbett - this has been a real help to me over the past few years..esp. when I am going thru a rough patch like the one you are going thru just now..

Pills are great for anxiety - but, we need to learn some skills to cope with all this too..esp. breathing control. Counselling/therapy, although not for everyone, for me has been excellent - once I had let out all the bad stuff I had been carrying around over the years it really helped me come to terms with anxiety and gain back some control of my life.

Take good care.
