I have been very stressed lately, can back pain be related to this?

Yes being stress out like that can my your back hurt more as you are tencing up your back more from the stress you are under, and you may try taking a hot bath and just relax in there for abit and loosen up your back with the warm water

Hi as Freezing has said yes backpain and many other pains are certainly associated with anxiety and panic
I think if you try doing some Cognitive behavioural Therapy and some other self help techniques you will find it does get a lil easier .......
Hot bath is a great idea
