Yes i know its likely something else but if you had to choose, which is it.  My hand tremors and shaky spine or whatever it is in side of me is getting out of hand. Im on clonozapam which worked great for the restless legs . Im on fevefew, b2 and mag since no other headache meds have worked. Now i think i have eye strain plus sleep trouble since i fall asleep at 4 am c t for the last 2 years . I couldn't take a nap or go to bed early if i was paid a million to . Headaches are next to my ears on my face and here lately more intense in the temple area along with my left ear ringing. Its been ringing for 7 years , went away some, about 30 percent,  after some chiropractor adjustments and have come back again

I have a feeling there's a long story behind your struggles, like there is for most of us here. If you haven't gotten a second or third opinion from a specialist, I would say that it's time. I think you can do better than this - but then again, I don't know how much hell you've been through already.
Sleep deprivation by itself is enough to throw your body chemistry out of whack. I realize some of the new sleep meds are a little scary, but depending on your circumstance, they could also be a wonderful blessing.

yes we anxiety sufferers arent immune to other illnesses

it may be worth remembering that headaches must be coming from muscles in the head as the brain can not feel pain, some brain operations are done with the patient fully conscious

try rubbing or massaging the painful areas

been rubbing and massaging for months. Thinking of hitting my foot with a sledge hammer. Won't be able to walk but headache will go away

I started on magnesium on my doctors advice on by day 2 it felt like I was going through withdrawals with the shakes etc. Sometimes even the most innocent 'natural' supplement can play up with our meds so maybe double checking with your doc or chemist on those may help. Just an idea, once I stopped the mag I settled again.
