I have a wierd experience with my anxiety, every week ends when I need to sleep a little bit more , I'm getting a horrible abdominal kicking ( like some one kicking my abdomen inside my abdomen) which make me awake and efter awaking its disappear? my question in any body have the same experiency and what is the best way to get rid of this horrible thing which annoying me. thanks for every reply.
