I think I have posted a couple of times that I have in the past "shut down: and not ate nor drank ANYTHING but a few sips of ginger ale and went to 88 lbs
I was depressed and the thought of food made me feel nauseous
I fopund that my teen daughter was doing what I was until I spoke with her and she said point blank
"IF you dont eat .......I wont eat"
That was a big turn around as well as being tube fed
Now I make self eat small meals a few times daily ..........
WE need the nutrients to keep the body and brain in some semblance of "working order"
Talk to your doc about
some Dimenehydrate or Gravol ......not sure where you live but thats what it is called in Ontario ,Canada .....I believe Dramamine is what it is called I might be wrong
Am sure someone will let us know .......eat some crackers ( salted) just a couple to settle tummy if you like them and put some PB on it then you will get your protein there...
