hello, i have had ALL the stomach tests - scope, ultra sounds, bacteria checks and they were all fine minus Infllamtion of the stomach lining which i got some anti acids for. But i still feel pretty sick or atleast delicate in my stomach all the time. They have just recently decided i have an anxiety disorder and it does make sense to me coz i do have kind of panic attacks when i go out sometimes. But does anyone else feel sick in their tummy and delicate just all the time, even when they're not having to do anything too much that day? I tend to get it worst in the morning - i guess it could be from the stress of being stressed if that makes sense? little help anyone?

Good Morning Boxcastle

I am sorry that you are having stomach problems.

When emotionally stressed out our digestive system gets out of whack. . Anxiety can feel like a big lump in your throat and so can indigestion.

Some people  have more acid reflux and others  experience an "irritable bowel" or nausea.

This is just opinion and not meant to replace your physician so if you feel you need to have a check up, please follow through.

Bless you

I've gone through the whole stomach issue mess too.  For several months I had awful stomach problems, nauseaous, bloated, kind of a churning feeling and I barely ate, lost alot of weight, and it was something that really scared me as it wasn't an anxiety symptom I'd had before.  It would start first thing in the morning and be there all day getting worse at night. Once I accepted that it was just just anxiety and stress causing it and worked on letting go of my fear of it, it completely went away.  Now I haven't had any stomach problems at all for a couple of months and I'm back to eating normally.  If you've had all the tests and they are normal, I'd say it's fair to say that your problems stem from your anxiety and stress.  Hope this improves for you!
