Well, too much rain right now. The Trinity River looks like the Mississippi. And I'd say the summer is way too hot and way too humid and way too long. But other than that, it's great!
And we have all kinds of geography and weather here, too; it's just all spread out: Mountains and desert in the far west, arid plains in the panhandle, somewhat rugged hill country in the middle, lots of blackland prairie, huge forests in the east, bayou in the southeast, and of course the coastal plains along the Gulf. In the west and northwest of Texas they get a pretty decent winter. North Texas (D/FW and surrounding region) doesn't get a lot, but some. That's usually it. It rains a lot in the valley and along the coast but it's fairly dry just about
everywhere else, especially in the summer. Most of our rain comes in the non-Summer (There are two seasons in most of Texas: Summer and Non-summer).
