Hi guys im new to this, but not new to anxiety!!!! which i no longer suffer from, i think its really hard for a person when anxiety and panic strikes becuse it feels like  your world has come crashing down!! it took me a good 18months to finally get my life on track without medication, the way i overcame my panic attacks was to face them full on the more i did this the easier it became, bit like having to confront a monster!!!i reallyfeel for you guys on here and if you want any advice please feel free to ask.It can be overwhelming when you have too much advice or opionions so be aware, what works for me may not work for you.

It's awesome that you overcame without medications. I'd love to hear more about it, because one day I'd like to be med-free, myself. I can kind of see how one may go about recovering without them.

I'm glad I had the meds, though. I was so messed up I don't know if I could've ever gotten the ball rolling, and I certainly didn't have 18 more months that I could've put into it. Professionally, personally...it was holding me back and I needed to put a stop to it, post-haste.

But please tell us more.
