Well, I'm still nursing my mom with the broken ankle. She's doing more and more for herself, but I'm still exhausted all the time. I awoke feeling a bit anxy this a.m....sigh. I took my buspar and taurine and am just plugging along. I feel a bit better once I get up and make myself go and do. I've been having problems with IBS the last few days. I'll be so glad when mom is bakc on her feet! I love her and don't resent helping her at all, but I'm feeling pretty BLAH right now!

Good to hear from you and you are doing a wonderful thing for your Mom. I understand it gets trying for you but time will go by fast and be proud of yourself for your accomplishment.

Sounds to me like you could use some "Me" time.  You won't do anyone any good when you're running on empty.  It's wonderful what you are doing for your mother, and I'm sure she appreciates it too, but you can't run yourself into the ground, as we all know that leads to more anxiety.  Remember you are important too!   I hope your mom gets back on her feet quickly!  In the meantime, try and find some time to take care of YOU!   Hugs!
