I have been smoking weed for a few months and I have gotten depersonalization from it,it makes me feel horrible and as if nothing is actually here...I'm done with the weed, does anyone know how to make depersonalization go away?  Thanks.

This is Kitt. Depersonalization is the feeling that 'nothing is real'; there is no or little sense of reality. Treatment is dependent on the underlying cause. In your case you have stated that you are no longer using the illicit drug and I would hope that is your cure.

If you continue to have problems, IMO, I would advise you to see a physician for further evaluation.

I am glad to hear you are no longer using this drug.
