Magnesium deficiency you should really read about this!

i was reading about this when i was looking up some of symptoms , i have muscle twtching with my anxiety and this came up on the internet when i was looking up causes for twitching, about magnesium deficiency so  i have been taking magnesium for a few days and it seems to be a little better, it says it takes up to a few weeks to kick in, but some of you alt to read about it , its someting to ask your docs about

Glad to see you are being proactive.  I would like to mention here to our members to be cautious re using a lot of supplements without first talking with your physician. I read the list of possible illnesses that could be linked to a low Mag level and it was very inclusive of many body systems.


Magnesium is necessary for life and can protect the kidney from disease but if kidney damage has already occurred magnesium supplementation could be harmful, even life threatening.  

This is one reason to talk to your physician and have your electrolytes checked.

The best form of magnesium is "magnesium taurate" and the worst is "magnesium oxide". If you can't find the taurate kind, be sure to get a chelated form of magnesium as it is absorbed into the body much better than most types.
I take various supplements for my anxiety which are: Taurine, Tyrosine, fish oil capsules, theanine, B Vitamins, and magnesium. If you're curious about any of these, email me and I'll tell you a bit more.
