Ok.. So this morning i get in an argument with my gf.. i hear a bunch of crap from my land lord at the house i am renting a room at..
Then i have to study a crapload...then the thought of panic attacks are in the back of my head.. I have an exam coming up on weds!
I have been taking klonopin .25mg on a as needed basis per said my Dr.... However, it looks like this as needed basis may start to be everyday... anyone else taking klonopin? how many mg? how often?

I want to know if it's bad to take everyday...?
I hate anxiety and Panic! worst combo ever!

Hi there
If your doctor said to take as on a need to basis then by all means it should be fine to take it daily until you get thru all of this high anxiety you are going thru

If in doubt do Call your doc
But PRN is as needed so i feel that it would be okay daily .......

Well I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow so I will talk to him and let him know..

OCguy you need to learn CBT. It will teach you how to deal with your anxiety and panic. Ask your doctor about it or go to the library and read the books by Sam Obitz, David Burns and Claire Weekes on it.
