Well I got laid off and today is my last day at work.  I've been here 4 years.  I've been a little sad but not too bad.  I'm moving out of state at the end of the month to look for a new job.  Between the work stress and the moving stress I'm wore out.  The stress has set off my crohn's and tendinitis in my hands as well as some anxiety.  I am finding myself breathing too fast or not enough.  I'm trying to correct it when I notice. Suprisingly, I am not depressed.  I guess because I'm looking forward to moving.
Hope everyone else is doing ok.

I am sorry about the stress you have been under but you have a good attitude.  Looking foraward to the move is like going on and adventure.

You are on the right track to keep control of your breathing.

May your move and job hunting be successful.

You do have a remarkable attitude for someone in your position. That's great and it'll carry you through. I dreaded my move and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Stressful? Yeah. But it didn't set off and endless stream of panic that I thought may happen. It's rarely as bad as you think it may be. Stay positive and you'll do fine.

Good luck.
