I have found that taking a long walk by myself helps me to clear my mind. When I first start out I am thinking about everything and by the time I finish my walk I have forgotten about all of it. It won't take everything away, but it sure gives your brain time to rest and breathe.
It is ok to be a bit selfish when your trying to take care of you. So go out and do something for you.
