thanks to some good advice and in attempting to keep up with the times i've moved my panic journal online to live journal. I've changed the format to make it a little more reader friendly i've cencored it a bit but it's pretty much the same as i've allways writing. My panic journal is good for both coping with panic attacks and my writing career so feel free to comment on either i think it reads sorta like a novel.

so anyway that's it take it or leave it.

Hey Antwat,

I read your blog. I am glad you found an outlet where you can post  your feelings.  Much of your first post on your blog would not have fit into this forum as written.  So kudos to you for figuring out where to journal your feelings. :-)
