I'm sorry to hear that machelle. I can image that being uncomfortable for you. I hope someone here can lend some advice. Is there something going on in your life that is stressful? More than usual? Anything? Dont have to say, just wondering if stress is related to it. Or if having them is cause you anxiety which in turn is cause you to have more twitching...

I hope you feel better soon. Sorry again_

I use to get painless spasms all over, everywhere you could imagine, I just tried to ignore them and eventually they all went away. I hope they go away soon for you, I would just try to ignore them, the more you think about it the worse it probably makes it, I know that's easy to say, but just try the best you can.

Hi Machelle

Try eating food high in postasium. Nerve twitcing can also be caused by low Potasium and it is easy to add foods high in Potasium, bananas are a good source.

Take care and stay with us, you have lots of support here.
