I just wanted to drop a post to say how much I think you are all helping me - I have only been posting a short while but have spoken to quite a few of you and it has been nice to offer my own advice too as well as take it.
For quite a few mornings I have been waking with a rapid pounding heart and been quite dreading the day ahead. With positive talking, sharing thoughts and keeping a diary, I have felt that they have been getting better each day. Today, I had NONE! It was wonderful, to wake and be relatively free of them. My beat raised a bit when I thought about it but with good strong words, it would calm down again.
I feel that I am making progress and you are helping me so THANKYOU all. tongue yeah

I had a whole week near enough with no attacks and I had this work thing to go to on Saturday in Newport Pagnell to see all the Xmas products coming up and I walked in with my Mum, we stayed about 10 minutes and I had to leave. I couldn't stay. My GP said that maybe it was too much too soon, so he wasn't disappointed in me - i was though. How come I have none and then get one?
