Last night was a bad night - couldn't get to sleep until after 3am and now I'm exhausted.  I got up this morning - about 6am - to get the kids off to school and then went back to bed for a couple hours.  That was about all I could manage.  Now the kids will be home in a few minutes and the husband will be home in about an hour.  That means checking homework, going through papers, etc etc etc.  Hopefully hubby will get something for supper that will be easy to cook, because I just want to sleep.  I hope no one gets on my nerves tonight  nono

Wen....being tired comes hand in hand with anxiety. You feel overwhelmed.
Do you exercise while at home during the day?

Hey Wen,

I have Depression and Anxiety.  For the last 17 months I have not been taking good care of myself physicially and I know this.  I know I will feel better if I get back on a exercise program, but I still have not gotten past the taking a nap as it is easier. I will do this and now I challenge you to join me.

I am truly sorry you have to experience this fatigue.
