I've been having the worst back pain and also muscle pain in my arms and it seems all over sometimes. Does anxiety cause this?

Anxiety can and will cause some cases of soreness in your body due to tenseness and stress
Do some relaxation techniques and that might help

Wise people have posted before me.  If this is a problem that is constantly with you and does not let up or gets worse, be sure to run it by your physician.

Take care
