Sorry you are having problems. You do describe many of the same problems as other with anxiety feel. Iknow sometimes you may feel like your fine but your anxiety is still interfering with how you are responding to situations.
Are you on any meds to help with the anxiety or have you a therapist to help you to learn techniques to deal with the therapy?
Don't give up as your making it to class and that is a huge accomplishment so be good to yourself.
