Sorry I haven't been around for a few days.Meds pretty much knock me out.
I had my second session with my therapist today and she is great. She knows when I'm trying to find some way around a question. So far we have determined two things. I am scared to death of becoming abusive like my father and that is one trigger of my attacks and social phobia is another.
I also use as a way of dealing with depression and my fear of hurting my children. I would rather do what I do, won't go into the details right now, than hurt my kids.
Any one got any suggestions for me? Right now even a stupid joke would help.

Rules (DON'Ts):

1. No discussion of any illegal activity or threats of violence. (ie. illicit drug use, including medical marijuana use, threats of suicide or self-injury, or threatened or intended physical harm).  Discussions of suicide or self-harm that are deemed negative and therefore potentially injurious to others are also not permitted.

I am proud of you for going to therapy....that is a huge step and remember therapy takes time.  You will find down the road as you start to retrain your thinking that it will become easier.  You will learn new ways to deal with your problems.

 Per Your Request  yeah

Idiot Joke

Once upon a time there were two men who had gone cliff climbing. Suddenly, one man lost his footing and went tumbling down to the bottom. The other man frantically screamed, "Roger!", and was relieved to hear a faint reply.

"Okay Rodge," shouted Barry, "I'm gonna throw a rope down to you, so wrap it 'round one of your legs and.." but before he could finish, he heard Roger call "But both my legs are broke."

Barry suggested his arms, to which the reply was "They're broken too!" So finally, Roger held on with his mouth. Barry struggled to pull up the rope, and when he was nearly there, Barry said, "You right there mate?" to which Rodger replied,"YYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS........"
Hope your day is a good one.
