Hello everyone!  :-)
I cannot tell you enough just how thrilled I am with this caring group of members.  I feel this is the best forum on the net for A & P and you  are the reason for that. I am very pleased with the quick responses, especially to the newcomers.
It is extremely difficult for some to stick their  necks out for the first or second time among strangers. It really makes a huge difference when the newcomer gets a quick response and a warm welcome.
An underlying theme with most is a feeling of aloneness in their illness. Here you will find that is far from true. There are many that understand and are here to listen. I thank all of you so very much for being here and for helping the others.
You are the ones that make this site a safe place for all to come and bare their souls as well as to offer help to others.
Many blessings to each of you.

Kitt...I couldn't agree with you more. I have gone to many sites for anxiety and panic and have NEVER found such an open and friendly group of people. Also, I have never found people who are regulars like we have here.

Also, we should thank you and you guys are the glue keeping us my opinion. You guys respond like RIGHT NOW, and that is so welcoming. We can depend on you guys...and we can also depend on eachother.

I think together, we all make one heck of a great group!!!

So, I thank everyone here....

Dealing with panic and anxiety for 8 years off and on...right now more on than off.  Major health anxiety as well!
New found issues with agoraphobia...working on that too.
I am NOT weak, I am just down right now.  I am doing what it takes to get my life back!!!
Best Wishes to all...Tammy

I remember surfing the web about A/P 6 months ago searching to find anything I could to help me get through this.  I came across HealingWell.

Never did I imagine there were so many people who were suffering the same as myself.  HealingWell has made a huge difference in my life ever since then.

Everyone here is so helpful and compassionate.  It is comforting to communicate with people who understand what you are going through.

As Tammy said, Kitt and Lyn are definately the glue.
Thanks to all!
