Hang in there, ok. You mentioned new meds in your post, did you constant state of panic start when you began the new medication or around the same time? When i was put on zoloft I experienced a constant state of panic for about 12 days, it was horrible!!! Most awful feeling in the world, so i sympathize with you right now... Hang in there, write more... You are ok, its very very hard to except it, because logically if you were ok you wouldnt feel this way... . There are things going on that are not based on logic, and as we search and search for the answer we cause ourselves more and more anguish. This is something all of mankind has been struggling with for a very long time... Ok, i wont go off on that stuff, but know that you are ok and this will pass... Time will make things better. Read Embracing the Fear, if you can. You might be able to find a copy used on amazon or something, if not its cheap and the best thing (in my opinion) to read while you're in the thick of things.
Tells us a bit more if you are comfortable to. I know what its like to be in a constant state of panic -- so i know you need some support. You found a great place for that here by posting, and it takes a lot of guts to post. Are you working right now? School? And the meds... Totally new for you?
be kind to yourself. Its a paradox, how we search and run from that panic... It just makes it worse. Its almost impossible to do in your state, but inviting it in, challenging it, will take its power away... But one thing at a time!
hang tight and breathe. You'll get through this.
