Hi everyone, its been about
a month since Ive posted, but during that time Ive been working on my anxiety issues and Ive got to say that Ive been pretty panic free for most of that time! Its been really good!
I find that most of my panic comes from ever enduring stress and worry, Ive put all my eggs in one basket with my career/school and that was super stressful, so began concentrating on a plan B so that has rid me of most of my worries.
That and Ive been trying to be alot healthier, with excersising and taking vitamin supplements, and drinking less, which have all helped alot.
Anyways I just thought someone would like to read this.
