Rebound Insomnia - How to cope

I'm currently weening off Klonopin that I have been on for anxiety I started experiencing a few months ago.  I've been using the Klonopin to at night to help with sleep and now I am tapering off.  My question is has anyone successfully tapered off this stuff, how did you do it, and how did you deal with rebound insomnia, if any?  I've come close to weening off but had a night where I couldn't sleep at all and had to go to one in order to sleep.  I think I may be too dependent on using something as a sleep aid.

Hello and welcome to Healing Well and the A & P forum.  I have tapered off a high dose of Valium and use Trazadone now for sleep.  Others here use it also.  In low dose it works well for sleep and is not a
