Would appreciate some advice

Hi, I hope you don't mind the male visitor. I'm looking for some advice for a friend. I spent a while reviewing posts but couldn't find anything relevant. Stage 4, lumpectomy followed by radiation,...

Kegel exercises hurt

If it hurts, ask your medical team - there could always be an unknown issue. I started kegels before surgery, waited while the catheter was in and then have done them for every one of the 1,400+ days...

Home from LRP

Trust us, the catheter removal is trivial and not painful. It's a bit like giving blood, the fear (for some of us) of the needle is way worse than the reality. Focus on walking, walking and walking....

Natural erections after RP?

We're all different. I've been lucky and there are many of us, so there is hope for all. I had an erection with the catheter in (weird feeling) and no issues since. Four years on I still do my kegels...

I agree with the "take your time" messages. I had an erection with the catheter still in but didn't try "anything" for six weeks other than focusing on constant kegel exercises. To me it was like...
