yes sounds like constipated to me ... also get rid of the dr peppers and easy on the coffee... I drank coffee a lot and had to cut down... the colooscpopy should tell something . also try Milk of mag...
you might even consider a colonoscopy and a endoscopy.... surprised dr didn't do that...
