I agree something with codeine in it is fine to take. I've never had a problem and have had multiple dental surgeries....
I'm not a huge fan of the big pills either but Lialda go down pretty easily. I used to take the bigger pills with milk as it seemed to coat things a bit and made them easier to swallow....
I wouldn't be concerned. It can just be she wanted to get a different angle or one of the films just didn't come out great....
