Hi Marci, Lyrica has been a godsend to me too. I am supposed to take 75mg 3X/day. But my dr. advised me to take one in the morning and two at night, so I will feel more drowsy and fall asleep easier....

Many say that meds like oxycontin or morphine or vicodin don't work well, if at all, on fibro pain. I take Lyrica + Tramadol (time-released) and it takes my pain to zero....
