can blue lips mean something else besides asthma

How old is your daughter? I don't think that blue lips are caused from other things. Do you have something that can measure the blood/oxygen levels? Maybe that can give you piece of mind itleast....

Albuterol,It really doesn't help.Maybe it's just me.

This might be because you have some inflammation that is causing your symptoms and Albuterol only relaxes the muscles constricting the airways. A higher dose cortisteroid might help....
