What climat IS best for asthma?

Like some say it is all different but I only do good in Arizona the dry heat. As of right now I live in Missouri for college and amhaving chest tightness due to the pollens or something. I am so glad...

So my question is if your peak flow is 90-100% then does that mean that you are not having an asthma attack? Is a peak flow meter a good guide even if your chest is a little heavy?...
