I can't find the post I read yesterday but want to thank whoever it was for my new odor fighter. I've been using mouthwash for years in my pouch and it doesn't always mask the odor. With the peroxide you don't have to use as much, either. I can't believe how well it works.

Here's a little something I've been self-prescribing since Crohn's became part of my life in 1985. Some days I take really high doses and other days I don't need it at all. It's the only prescription that doesn't come in a bottle, you don't have to consult a physician before taking it and it doesn't cost you a cent. It's called LAUGHTER.......
