When my son was younger I had to make his bedroom dustfree due to his severe allergies and seasonal asthma and it did wonders for him! It's amazing to think that a few preventive measures can be so helpful. Hardly anyone realizes that we spend sooooo much of our time in our bedrooms that many don't take precautions to "clear" it out which is why I wanted to post that article.

Dustmites are cowards because they aren't able to squashed. They're too tiny. I believe that my dogs may be an issue with my Asthma or Allergies. I have never been allergic but lately am more sensitive. I really hope it's not the dogs because I Love 'em and I am very very highly allergic to cats/
I like frogs but don't keep one as a pet. It would be funny if I was allergic to them too. Though I kissed one once and nothing happened.
