a reminder for constipation

There is always a lot of mention about calcium helping with diahrea but  sometimes we forget that calcium can cause constipation so some of us that are constipated need to see if cutting down the calcium might help. It has helped some friends of mine after I read it was used to help with diahrea. Also, calcium should really be taken with food to be absorbed correctly and comfortably. It doesn't always digest well. :-)
An excellent reminder, especially if you have severe constipation.

Thanks.

Magnesium helps with constipation as it's a laxative.
