Hi, everyone, since moving here to Nevada, I've made some really nice friends. One of them is struggling mightily with BC. She recently spent 12 days in the hospital with pneumonia - an effect of the chemo. she's getting for mets to the lung and sternum.
Anyone I've told her about all of you and I wondered if some of you could take a moment to send a card. I remember how much I loved receiving cards during chemo. I know it's a strange request, but I'm kind of worried about her spirits. She loved our pink feather idea.
So if you'd like to send a card can you email me and I'll send her address right a way: alewisohn@aol.com. One other thing, if you do decide to send a card, just mention something about our group, maybe my name, etc. I haven't told her I was going to ask you all to help.
